Understandably, the venue will still remain somewhat cold due to the constant opening of doors. Thus, it is important to take into consideration the surrounding areas of a building and if it can remain comfortable in cold weather. This is where food comes into play. They keep your guests warm and cozy while still matching the food that should be served during a wedding reception.
Keep the Holidays in Mind
The winter months also mean that the holidays will be fast approaching as well. This includes all the major holidays, including Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa, to name a few. It’s best to schedule your big day within a time period that does not conflict with these dates. Remember to send out your invitations at least four months before the date. This will allow your guests to rearrange plans in order to attend your wedding.
