Planning a wedding is extensive and exhausting. - Did the contact use professional language?
- Did the contact answer all your questions without making you feel rushed?
- Do you feel that the contact gave you his full attention?
- Did the contact have distracting background noise?
- Did the contact provide references and did they give positive remarks?
- Finally, did the contact leave you feeling positive, empowered and in control?
